Welcome to Lift Balloons! We will send you an email with shipping confirmation once your order is processed. 


Keep in mind:

Orders placed before 3:00 pm in TEXAS, US will take 1-2 Business days (Mon-Fri) to arrive.

Orders placed before 3:00 pm in the USA will take 2-4 Business days (Mon-Fri) to arrive.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.



Once your order is delivered we will send you the shipping details and your tracking number.



If you’re looking to return or exchange any item for whatever reason, all orders must be returned in the best condition with the invoice included in the original package. We will not accept pieces that have been used. Returned or exchanged items transactions will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
